Adam was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Guardtech in July 2021, where he is accountable for the overall management and future direction of Guardtech.
Prior to joining Guardtech Adam spent 11 years with ANZ Banking Group in various roles; including Senior Manager of Security and most recently ANZ’s Global Head of Security. Adam has spent 35+ years within the security industry in a variety of roles from apprentice technician through to company General Manager. Adam holds an ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) accreditation, served as ASIS Victoria Treasurer for several years and brings a wealth of security knowledge and corporate experience to Guardtech.
Gary has extensive corporate and compliance experience including being a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (ICAI). He enjoys a reputation for building productive working relationships across executive leadership teams, operations, stakeholders and customers. Gary has previously held several finance and reporting related positions, serving as reporting manager at Serco and an accountant at Genpact. He has experience in financial analysis, forecasting, excel modelling, pricing strategies and implementing internal controls to ensure adherence to compliance.
Satheesh TKS joined GuardTech in 2020 as a Chief Business Strategist and System Integrator where he oversees the development and implementation of the in-built enterprise system, IRIS. His other responsibilities include operational governance of the business and ISO standardisation.
Prior to joining Guardtech, Satheesh TKS was in the IT industry for 18 years, working in various roles. He is a solutions-oriented individual with extensive technical experience and advanced skills in the implementation of enterprise IT solutions. Additionally, he has been well-recognised for strong governance and management abilities.
Richard was appointed to Sales at Guardtech in January 2022, where he is accountable for the overall National Sales exposure in the Commercial, Corporate, industrial and Government market segments.
Prior to joining Guardtech Richard has spent over 40 years in the Security industry in many roles including control room operations, installation, project management, servicing, Sales management and Marketing. Richard’s extensive Security experience helps Guardtech clients to receive tailored “Solution-based” outcomes that fit their exact requirements and budgets.
Dean has been in the security industry for over 20 years, working with various sectors from domestic alarm systems to Government Departments. Dean has also worked on high rise building management systems and businesses in the South Pacific. Dean’s knowledge in alarm systems ranges from Tecom, Concept, Integriti and has worked with CCTV systems such as Dvtel, Milestone, MEA, Hikvision, Dahua, and more. Dean oversees the South Pacific Operations and frequently visits to meet our client’s needs.
